Fast and free shipping by FedEx for Ride Scoozy electric bicycles.
If you are new to purchasing an electric bicycle online, you may have a few questions regarding what happens after you place your order.  Let's see if we can help explain what happens after you complete the checkout  :)

For In-Stock Electric Bicycles

Within 1-2 business days of your order, we will ship your bicycle to you via UPS Ground.
Once a shipping label is created, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check and see when your bike will arrive. If you don't see the e-mail, please check your Spam or Junk folder. A shipping label does NOT necessarily mean the bike has left our facility yet, you may have to wait 1-2 days to see an update.

Your bike will ship from our warehouse in St. Petersburg, Fl. Use the map below to determine approximately how many business days it will take to arrive.

For Pre-Orders

If a bike is listed as a pre-order, then we do not have it in stock.  Once we receive the bikes, they will go through our inspection process and then we will go ahead and ship the bicycle to you.
We will keep you updated regarding the current status and progress of your order. Once your bicycle is shipped you will receive a tracking number.
For pre-orders, shipping dates are estimates and may change as it gets closer to the estimated delivery date. Pre-order deposits are 100% refundable.

For Parts & Accessories

Small parts and accessories will be shipped by either the United States Post Office or UPS depending on the size and weight of the item.  Item's will be shipped with standard priority. 
If you would like to have an item expedited, please contact our help department to determine if it something we are able to do and the added fee. We do not advise 1-day shipping as most carriers do not guarantee the delivery times and charge significantly more for this service.

If You Would Like to Update Your Delivery Preferences

Please use the tracking number to contact the delivery company regarding whether you would like your item held for pickup or make any other changes.
